Description: As a Production Supervisor, you will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes within our facility, ensuring the seamless production of high-quality products in accordance with our stringent standards. The person in this role leads cell/department activities and associates to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and safe production of quality products, playing a pivotal role in driving plant-wide change.
This person identifies and resolves daily production challenges to uphold schedules and prevent recurrence, fostering a proactive work environment while acting as a liaison between associates and management, providing support during transitions and changes. In this role you will collaborate in the development and enforcement of standardized work procedures for direct reports, adhering to leadership guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Possessing 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a Lean manufacturing environment, with a demonstrated track record in a supervisory capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business needs.
