Description: 3Z Brands is seeking a NetSuite Business Analyst to support and optimize our NetSuite ERP operations. This role will focus on day-to-day system support, maintenance, and enhancements, ensuring the platform runs smoothly and meets the evolving needs of our business. You’ll collaborate closely with our Finance and Operations teams, acting as the first line of support for NetSuite issues and enhancement requests, while also helping to managing our relationship with NetSuite Advanced Customer Support (ACS) for larger projects. The company is looking for someone with strong NetSuite financial process knowledge, but not necessarily a finance background. Your ability to connect technical solutions with business needs is what matters most.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of core ERP functions, including:
- Financial Management: Accounting, financial reporting, and compliance processes
- Order Management: Managing sales orders from creation to fulfillment
- Procurement and Supply Chain: Purchase management, vendor relationships, and inventory control
- Proficiency with NetSuite Reporting and Saved Searches.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite data structures and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
