Job Title: Sales Director

Description: Outward Inc., an indepdendent Williams-Sonoma Company, is looking for a sales director to be responsible for ensuring Outward achieves it monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while building and managing a sales team. This person will also recruit, develop, mentor, and retain a team of experienced outside, inside, and account executives, and develop monthly and quarterly sales plans in support of company sales goals.
In addition, they will manage daily and weekly sales activities: pipelines, forecasts, closed deals to ensure above-quota results, and create a sales team culture that is positive, motivating and performance-driven. This person will own and develop Outward’s sales playbook and sales rep onboarding process to ensure reps ramp up quickly.
The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and 3+ years in a B2B SaaS sales management position. Experience working with a new product in a start-up environment in the home furnishings industry is a plus.
