by HIGH POINT — Full-line furniture resource Liberty Furniture Industries has joined the group of furniture companies that sponsors premarket, the twice-a-year event that gives retailers around the country an early look at spring and fall High Point Market product introductions.
It joins 16 other sponsor companies that have made a commitment to be “market ready” with the majority of their fall product introductions on display at their showroom during the event.
“We’re thrilled to add Liberty Furniture to our group of sponsors who host premarket twice a year,” said Doug Bassett, premarket chairman. “Liberty will be a wonderful draw for our attendees and will help us make premarket even stronger going forward.”
At the September event, sponsor showrooms will open their doors at 12 noon Sept. 10 and will be open for business on Monday and Tuesday Sept. 11-12.
The sponsors also host a clambake-themed dinner reception in the outdoor courtyard at the Grandover Resort on Monday evening that starts at 6:30. All dealers in town for premarket are invited to the dinner and may sign up by contacting Patty Russo at 336-889-1000.

Bassett said that Magnussen Home intends to return as a premarket sponsor in the spring of 2024.
