Location: As the Regional Director of Retail, you’ll be the driver of momentum across multiple store locations, building a strong bench of Store Managers, raising the bar on execution, and creating a consistent, elevated client experience aligned with the “GIFT” standard, while partnering closely with the Vice President of Retail to push the business forward. This role is built for someone who loves being in the field, thrives on accountability, and wants real influence over performance, culture, and growth across an assigned territory (with travel expected). This position provides leadership for retail stores located in Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Chestnut Hill, PA; Winter Park, FL; and Scottsdale, AZ and requires regular travel within the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Training, Human Resources, Design, or a related field (preferred
- Proven experience leading multi-unit retail or sales operations with measurable results
- Strong financial acumen and comfort interpreting P&Ls, budgets, and performance metrics
- A coaching mindset with the ability to influence and develop leaders at all levels
- Exceptional communication skills—clear, confident, and relationship-centered
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort operating both strategically and hands-on in the field
