You will lead a portfolio of Director-level leaders responsible for business development, strategic partnerships, premium assortment, last mile solutions, and innovative store experience – driving a unified strategy that connects world-class store execution with digital acceleration, marketplace growth, and the kind of supplier relationships that no competitor can replicate.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of merchandising, retail, or related commercial leadership experience.
- 3+ years leading a team of Directors or senior-level leaders in a complex, multi-category retail environment.
- Demonstrated track record of building and executing commercial strategy at scale.
- Experience with omni-channel retail, digital merchandising, and/or marketplace platforms.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L ownership, forecasting, and gap planning.
