GigaCloud, Wonder showcasing digital tools for physical retailers in High Point

Together, the companies are demonstrating how retailers can offer more products without increasing showroom space

At High Point Market, GigaCloud Technology Inc. has tripled its product showcase and is occupying the entire second floor of the New Classic building.

GigaCloud Marketplace connects buyers with more than 1,400 sellers of bulky merchandise, including furniture and home furnishings, allowing retailers to expand their offerings without needing a larger physical footprint to stock them.

The showroom features display areas such as this Comfort Zone.

Products purchased through GigaCloud can be delivered directly to the consumer, and many products are eligible for next-day delivery.

“Our goal is to make assortment expansion as easy as possible,” said Iman Schrock, president of GigaCloud. “Retailers can identify the products they want to sell, make them available to their customers and rely on GigaCloud’s fulfillment network to handle the logistics. It creates an opportunity to grow sales without making the traditional investment in inventory and infrastructure.”

Also on display at High Point is retail technology from Wonder, a company GigaCloud acquired in March 2025. Wonder gives retailers tools such as digital kiosks and e-commerce integrations. At High Point, it is demonstrating its Extended Aisle program, which allows retailers to bring a digital assortment onto retail floors, creating an “extended aisle” for shoppers.

This display area is called the Pet Plaza.

According to a news release, the company has eight dedicated retail vignettes at High Point Market. The vignettes demonstrate Wonder’s app-based kiosk technology, checkout options and its offline-to-online conversion tools and how they can be combined with GigaCloud Marketplace to create targeted, in-store merchandising concepts with more offerings than traditional floor space would allow.

“Wonder is designed to connect shoppers with retailers, inside and outside of the store,” said Kaspar Fopp, CEO of Wonder. “This omnichannel package — presented in themed galleries — provides extended aisle shopping, an e-commerce microsite, mobile app-based RSA training, and checkout via financing waterfall and digital wallets. These very affordable gallery setups give retailers the ability to dramatically expand choice while keeping their physical footprint the same — for incremental revenue per square foot.”
