Description: Andmore is seeking a Vice President, Gift Leasing to lead strategic leasing and business growth efforts across its Las Vegas and High Point campuses. This role serves as a member of the Executive Committee and is responsible for maintaining and expanding the Home Décor category through strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with deep home industry experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth while managing occupancy, merchandising, and long-term industry relationships.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of directly related home industry experience in sales, leasing, or management (senior-level experience preferred).
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and achieving measurable revenue and occupancy growth.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving fiscal accountability.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, pricing strategy, and lease structuring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
