Description: The person in this role is accountable for commitment to Raymour and Flanigan’s safety procedures and guidelines. In addition to training, coaching and developing people, they will provide leadership to delivery supervisors and customer delivery teams.
This person will consistently maintain energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to flourish within a team environment. Human Resource responsibilities include: staffing, communicating benefit information, overseeing DOT driver regulations, and addressing payroll and scheduling concerns.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Four years of management experience in a retail distribution environment.
- Ability to assess truck volume allotment to accurately cubic a truck.
- Analytical, critical thinking skills and attention to detail are required.
