Description: Norwalk Furniture is seeking a dynamic and motivated Independent Sales Representative to join its team and expand its presence in the South Florida territory. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to carry multiple lines, including our premium custom upholstered furniture. This is a commission-only position, providing unlimited earning potential for driven and successful sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the South Florida territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including interior designers, furniture retailers, and other industry professionals.
- Present and promote Norwalk Furniture’s custom upholstered products to prospective customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the Norwalk Furniture team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Attend trade shows, events, and meetings as required to network and showcase our products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in furniture or home furnishings sales.
- Strong network of contacts within the South Florida territory, including interior designers, furniture retailers, and other potential clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple product lines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
- A passion for high-quality, custom furniture and a keen eye for design is a plus.
- Must reside in South Florida territory.
