CPSC says units violate mandatory flammability regulations, posing a fire hazard in the home

Although there have been no injuries or incidents reported, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said the violation of the safety standard poses a fire hazard to consumers. Thus, it has alerted consumers as well as other suppliers and retailers about the dangers of not meeting the standard.

The mattresses’ top and bottom edges are black with yellow stitching. “Nap Queen Sleep,” “Victoria Hybrid,” the model number and manufacture date appear on a white label sewn onto the mattress cover.
