Job Title: Sr. Key Account Manager (East Coast)

Description: This role will be responsible for maintaining, selling, and growing Avocado’s large East Coast retail partners. They will service East Coast key partners by building and growing relationships within the organization as well as visiting the offices and buyers to build rapport, relationships and business.
They will be responsible for doing store visits and working with the Market Trainers to drive sales, training (large roll out meetings, sales meetings, etc.) and growth of AGB in each partner. This person will need to be a coach and mentor along the way to the Market Trainers
- Note on Location: This role will be based out of the Greater Tri State area, and servicing key regional partners throughout the East Coast. This is not a remote position.
- Note on Pay Transparency: As of January 1, 2023, NY-based roles must provide a pay scale on job postings. The pay rate for this role is $100,000.00 – $140,000.00 Yearly DOE, plus potential monthly bonus
- At least 5 years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of creating, maintaining, and growing outstanding client relationships.
- Mattress and Bedding experience a huge plus, along with industry relationships, especially on the East Coast.
- Possess strong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
