Description: The SVP of Marketing is an integral member of the Caracole executive team. Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhancing our brand recognition, and expanding the company’s reach within the designer and retailer communities. They will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Caracole’s objectives and positions the company as a leader in the furniture industry and collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and align with marketing efforts to support growth.
The person in this role leads a dynamic marketing team and works collaboratively with the sales organization to achieve our ambitious goals. They will also work closely with the sales organization to ensure they have the right tools, collateral, and marketing materials. IN addition, they will be responsible for developing sales enablement programs and initiatives that empower the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (master’s degree preferred)
- Must have a proven track record of successful marketing leadership in a similar role with experience in the furniture or design industry.
- Must have a strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and emerging trends.
