Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience shifting a sales organization from inbound/reactive to a proactive, outbound “hunter” model at scale.
- A track record of owning $1B+ revenue targets.
- Excitement about driving adoption of new technologies (like GenAI) across a large, diverse sales force.
