Description: Miskelly Furniture is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Retail operations to lead and optimize our store performance across multiple locations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, and supporting our mission to furnish happiness in every home.
The perso in this role will report sales, goals, and forecasts to the Miskelly Leadership Team (MLT). They will oversee daily operations of all retail store locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards. In addition, they will lead, mentor, and develop store managers and Sales teams to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field highly desired
- High School Diploma or equivalent a must.
- 8-10 years minimum related experience – in the Furniture Industry a Huge Plus!
- Proven History showcasing driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to successfully mentor and coach employees
