CHICAGO — Organizers of the Sept. 23-25 Midwest Furniture Show have released the 2025 vendor line-up, with some big names added, a lunchtime speaker program announced and an awards celebration added.
For the first time, Man Wah will be exhibiting at the Show. Catnapper also returns for the first time on over a decade. Show stalwarts like Ashley and MDA rugs continue to draw retailers and designers to the event. In addition, DreamStar Bedding, out of Canada announced that it is debuting the line in the Midwest at the show. Below is a list of current exhibitors, with a few more to be announced.

The show will kick-off Tuesday night with a Sneak Peak for dealers, from 5 pm to 8 pm. The show the runs Wednesday morning at the White Eagle Convention Center in Niles, Illinois, starting at 8 am. A coffee bar will be available in the morning, a free lunch at noon and complimentary cocktail hour and awards celebration beginning at 5 pm. The show concludes on Thursday with
a similar schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.
“We chose the Midwest Furniture Show to debut the Dreamstar Bedding line in the upper Midwest,” said company National Sales Manager and bedding industry veteran Rick Lynch. “Having a successful roll-out in Boston and New York, we want to add to the business we are doing in Ohio and Michigan and several southern states.”
“We are thrilled to add some important resources to our line-up, as well as some retailer-oriented speakers and recognition of members of our community who have contributed greatly to the furniture community” said Geoff Weed, one of the board members working on the show this year.
During each lunch hour, show organizer the MidWest Furniture Club is sponsoring speakers who will address issues facing retailers today. Ted Gular, the chief executive officer of Renaissance Marketing, will speak on Wednesday regarding AI and answer questions. Stacy Hafliger of Vice President at ProtectAll and Sean Craig, national sales manager at Guardian will give talks on how to successfully run an extended warranty program.
During the Wednesday cocktail hour, three awards will; be presented. Walter E Smithe will be presented the Community Service Award, Wright’s Furniture will be presented the Generational Legacy Award and industry veterans Brad Cofoid and Bill Vankat will be presented the Sobel and Serck Professionalism Award.
The Midwest Furniture Show is a regional furniture, bedding and accessories show that is run by the Midwest Furniture Club, one of the largest IHFRA chapters in the United States. Each year the show attracts hundreds of retailers and designers from the Chicagoland and Upper Midwest markets.
