The newest offerings reflect the strong demand for home office furniture that delivers the functionality of a professional workspace while balancing contemporary trend-right residential design.
Leading the introductions is an executive lift deskwithmidcentury-inspired home office design finished in walnut veneer. Dual power motors provide height adjustment, while two lateral file drawers add storage. Blum soft-close drawer glides, English dovetail construction and a contract-grade water-based finish reinforce the product’s quality and durability.
Urban Renovations will also show a commercial-grade height-adjustable table incorporating cold-rolled steel and carbon structural steel, a melamine-veneer desktop with PVC edge banding, integrated storage and cable management. A seven-key handset includes USB and USB-C ports for convenient device charging.
The introductions are part of a broader expansion of commercial-grade office furniture from EF Brands, including new office seating currently in development. Most products in the assortment are built to commercial-grade standards and supported by bilingual customer and technical service. Product warranties generally range from two to five years, with limited lifetime warranties available on some components.
The slate of introductions draw on UE’s large-scale, vertically integrated manufacturing platform and expertise in office seating, engineering and technology. Product development is targeted specifically to the needs of major residential retailers and e-commerce platforms seeking quality, design and functionality at competitive price points.
