by CHESTERFIELD, Mich. — Retailer Gardner White and Crypton are partnering with Michigan Humane to bring 20 adoptable rescue dogs and cats to its Chesterfield store for a special pet adoption event.
The event is part of a larger partnership between Gardner White, Crypton and Michigan Humane throughout the year, supporting Michigan Humane’s work to help pets find loving homes and improve and save lives through compassionate care, community engagement and advocacy for animals.
As a pet-friendly retailer, Gardner White welcomes four-legged family members in its stores and carries furniture featuring Crypton performance fabrics designed for everyday life with families and pets. From natural linen looks to plush bouclés and velvets, Crypton fabrics combine style with performance, offering easy-to-clean, liquid-repellent and odor-resistant protection against spills, messes and muddy paws. Founded in Michigan more than 30 years ago, Crypton is headquartered in Bloomfield Hills and brings its expertise in performance fabrics to homes across the country.
The pet adoption event will give local families the opportunity to meet Michigan Humane pets looking for forever homes and potentially find a new four-legged member of the family. All available animals are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, and eligible pets may be adopted the same day.
