Ivan Kucher, vice president of delivery operations, was named Retail Executive of the Year, recognizing his leadership, vision and commitment to creating a customer-first delivery experience at scale. The award honors retail leaders whose strategic leadership and operational excellence are helping to shape the future of last-mile retail.
Bob’s also was recognized with the Best Customer Service Experience award in the furniture category, highlighting the dedication of its teams who work every day to make furniture shopping easy and enjoyable for its customers.
Presented in partnership with Home Delivery World, the Last Mile Retail Awards bring together retailers, logistics professionals and industry leaders to recognize excellence in customer experience, home delivery and retail innovation. Winners are selected based on their ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service and create seamless customer experiences from purchase through delivery.
