Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 12–15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 7–10+ years in senior HR leadership roles with oversight of multiple HR functions such as HR Business Partnership, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations/HRIS, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations & Compliance.
