by ALBANY, N.Y. — Rachael Clark has been promoted to chief operating officer at Old Brick Furniture and Mattress Co., a new position.
She has been with the retailer since October 2020 as digital experience and e-commerce manager.
Previously, she was merchandise operations manager at Stickley Furniture and prior to that, digital merchandise manager.
For about three and a half years before this, she was interior design and sales consultant and social media and web content creator for Bennington Furniture, which later became Old Brick Furniture and Mattress about four years ago.
A graduate of Syracuse University, she also has been an associate lecturer in interior design at Cazenovia College and also has worked in interior design at drb Business Interiors.
In her new role, she continues to report to Michael Fiacco, president and chief executive officer. She said she will oversee sales, marketing and delivery operations as well as customer care — from customer acquisition through post-purchase service.
