Broad River Retail announces staff promotions

FORT MILL, S.C. — Broad River Retail, one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing independently owned Ashley Store licensees, announces key promotions across its executive and leadership teams. These promotions highlight the company’s commitment to growth and its focus on developing strong leadership to drive future success.

“These promotions reflect our growth and the dedication of our team to our purpose of furnishing life’s best memories,” said President and CEO Charlie Malouf. “These leaders have been essential to our journey, and we’re confident their talents will continue to shape our future.”

They include the following individuals and positions:

+ Stacey McCormick to executive vice president, retail performance: Stacey will focus on enhancing retail performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences across all retail locations. Stacey will continue to oversee all retail locations as well as the merchandising Department.

+ Tim Clouse to Senior Vice President, Operations: Tim will lead efforts to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
company-wide. Tim will continue to oversee distribution centers as well as operations, supply chain, and home delivery departments.

+ Kim Harkness to vice president, marketing, communications and community outreach: Kim will continue advancing Broad
River’s internal and external marketing and communications efforts and all internal events and community outreach programs. Kim will join the executive strategy team in her new role.

+ James Ouellette to director, supply chain operations: James will oversee final mile deliveries and support data and analytics for
supply chain operations.

+ Renee Bradley to associate director, retail onboarding and education: Renee will lead onboarding and educational programs
for all new retail leaders across the company.

+ Robert Ferguson to associate director, IT infrastructure and user services: Robert will ensure that Broad River’s technology
systems are secure, efficient, and user-friendly for all Memory Makers.
+ Chris Levenberg to regional director, retail performance: Chris will focus on driving retail performance and exceeding guest
expectations in the eastern and coastal regions.

These promotions mark an exciting chapter in Broad River’s continued growth and are a testament to the strength of its leadership team.
