Description: The Sales Support Manager oversees and provides guidance for the design consultant’s resolution of post-sale issues. This individual serves as a liaison between other departments and the design consultant as it relates to that resolution. The person in this role will be navigating and resolving post-sale problems between Furnitureland South clients and design consultants when an escalation occurs. Since communication with all departments as well as our clients is required, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential in this role.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited University and two to four years of sales or sales management experience.
