Description: You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive performance supporting the company’s important goals of 100% Out of Box Quality (OBQ) and On-Time Delivery while meeting profitability targets. This position has Profit &Loss (P&L) responsibility for their respective business unit and responsibility for multiple manufacturing facilities and their respective support staff to reach the organizational goals.
You will lead all aspects of manufacturing in the multiple facilities including production, maintenance, and production &inventory control (P &IC). You will also be accountable for safety, profit & loss, budgetary compliance, on-time delivery, out of box quality, retention, leadership development and succession planning of staff, direct labor and support functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management or another STEM field, Required
- 15 years’ experience in positions of increasing responsibility including managing profit &loss, staff and support functions, Required
- Experience developing and implementing long-term strategic plans and annual operating plans across multiple locations to drive organizational
- performance
- CPIM, PE, CSCP, Preferred
