Palliser revamps website with a focus on lead generation, conversion

WINNIPEG – Home furnishings brand Palliser has launched its newly re-designed website, focusing on personalization, lead generation, conversion and vastly enhanced customer experience featuring innovative functionality, elevated user journeys and new features developed from the ground up with the customer in mind.

“This new website is an exciting and necessary next step in the evolution of our brand,” said Steve Ambeau, president. “With design thinking being at the forefront of our strategy, we believe this mindset is leading us to provide user-specific solutions needed to make an informed purchase, while having some fun along the way.”

The new is equipped with Palliser’s configuration tool, recently introduced within their Interactive Designer (Kiosk), a key piece of their new Palliser studio concept which began rolling out in 2023. Users can not only drape and choose accessories, but stitch together individual SKUs to create the user’s ideal configuration.

To encourage further visualization, an enhanced Swatch Request
tool invites users to order up to 10 fabric or leather swatches, to be shipped directly to their home.

Style Quiz functionality has also been added, allowing users to determine which interior design aesthetic is most closely aligned with their individual tastes. Through a series of interactive questions and an intuitive backend database, product recommendations and style tips are offered to help them best achieve their desired outcome.

The new is bringing a heritage company with 80 years of history into the minds and homes of younger customers, through sharing the brand’s history and values, and emphasizing the opportunity for personalization.

“There is a paradigm shift with today’s shopper where the younger demographic is generally less loyal to brands then boomers or gen x and so it’s critical we are aligning our actions with their expectations. The brands that remain current and work to not only provide solutions but understand the people and behavior that shape those solutions will set themselves apart from others,” Ambeau said.
