The company said, “Dillon brings a wealth of experience in both the wholesale and retail sectors, specializing in merchandising and product development. Her extensive background will play a crucial role in advancing Intercon’s category development strategies.”

Sullens comes to the company from Legacy Classic | Modern, where he worked for nearly nine years, most recently as senior vice president of sales and senior vice president of sales and merchandising. He also previously was vice president of sales and youth merchandising.

Before this, he was director of the Natuzzi Design Studio program and before this held executive-level sales and marketing positions at Bentbrook Furniture, Lexington Home Brands and Broyhill.

“With nearly 50 years of being a leader in the home furnishings industry, we are focused on ensuring we have the team in place to carry our company for the next decade and beyond,” Turpin said. “In joining our team, Scott and Brenda have the attributes necessary to help address the needs we have now and in the future.”
