PICO RIVERA, Calif. — Case goods and upholstery resource AICO has promoted Angela Muzila to director of customer service.
She fills a role of a prior employee in the position who has recently retired.
Muzila has been with the company for 23 years, having started in 2000 as a customer service representative. The following year she transferred to the financial services department, where she learned all aspects of managing customer credit and accounting. Her accomplishments in this area led her to be promoted to assistant director in the department in August 2002.
Reporting to David Koehler, president, she will oversee the daily shipping of orders from AICO’s warehouse along with training and supervision of the customer service staff and all administrative duties relating to the department.
“We consider customer service to be at the heart of our company, and Angela has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, professionalism and dedication to our valued customers,” Koehler said. “Her proven track record of success together with her strong leadership skills make her the ideal candidate for the role of director of customer service.”
“Angela’s extensive background in both customer service and financial services uniquely positions her to ensure the seamless coordination of our services while ensuring a standard of excellence in customer care,” added CEO Michael Amini.
