This proven leader will develop and implement manufacturing operations technology for all 3Z Brands mattress manufacturing production. This newly created in-office role supports the Plant Manager and all manufacturing operations in Phoenix Arizona.
Qualified candidates will have broad-based technology expertise, especially as it pertains to engineering, manufacturing, quality, production, forecasting, customer support, and process improvement. Effective change agent and leader, consistently able to deliver results. Experience with examining processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing modifications that promote cycle time reduction, integration and information sharing, reducing overall costs and adding value to the company through enhanced competitive positioning. Collaboration with all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Previous experience in providing technical support and solutions for a manufacturing team a must
- Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role
- Experience in managing direct reports or ready to take the next step in your career.
- Familiarity with common software development stacks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
