Job Title:: National Sales Director- Outdoor

Description: The National Sales Director – Outdoor is responsible for driving profitable growth within the outdoor furniture category. This role will work closely with executive leadership to develop and implement a channel strategy inclusive of product launches, sales plans, and annual financial plans.
Requirements:
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals accurately to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Develop the team to increase sales revenue and profitability across all areas of influence, operating within budget to deliver results.
• Build relationships with key accounts nationally, including ownership, management, purchasing, operations, and merchandising.
• Provide expertise on consumer buying models, demographics, and trends to internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize outdoor markets and events to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Champion the organization’s outdoor ecommerce initiatives and provide strategic thinking to shape the strategy.
• Work closely with Customer Care leadership team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Recommend marketing and product strategies to the executive team based on market assessment.
• Coach and mentor sales personnel to improve their performance.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
