Description: The person in this role will be responsible for providing strategic HR partnership to senior leadership while supporting and driving the employee experience across Conn’s corporate operations. They will act as HR business partner for leaders and employees across corporate functions, providing guidance to function leaders to properly apply organizational policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance while meeting the needs of the function.
In addition, they will provide professional consultation and support to leaders and employees in areas such as compensation, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, diversity, succession planning, and change management. They will support corporate functions organization design and redesign efforts; ensure the right roles are in place and work/responsibilities are allocated appropriately.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related field required. Additional years of professional HR experience may be substituted for required degree on a one-year for one-year basis.
- 8+ years of progressive human resources experience required, including experience in a similar HR Business Partnership role supporting senior leadership.
