by DANBURY, Conn. — Ethan Allen Interiors recently announced that Ashley Fothergill, senior vice president, merchandising, left the company Feb. 1.
Fothergill had been with the company since March 2020, the company said in a recent filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. During his three years with the company he also had served as senior director, accents and vice president, accents merchandising.
The company said that his responsibilities have been distributed to other members of its merchandising team.
