Description: Dallas Market Center is hiring a Manager who will effectively source leasing prospects and build/maintain positive relationships with current tenants to achieve sales/leasing goals. They will also update and maintain prospect and current client information in CRM (SalesForce), assist with all aspects of the launch of DMC’s TEMP floor planning tool, MYS (Map Your Show), and manage TEMP leasing inquiries from new and prospective TEMP participants.
The person in this role will organize and develop and maintain strategic prospecting initiatives to achieve budgeted goals as well as build and maintain solid cross-departmental working relationships. They will assist in selling exhibit space and achieve revenue and net income goals for assigned product categories.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of previous sales experience; leasing and/or industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Office environment – Ability to sit for vast majority of work shift
- Market environment – Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time during markets
- Must be available to travel as needed
