Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer

Description: In this position, you would be responsible for branding, promotional, pricing, distribution, and product development strategies. Your goals are to identify our target market within each channel, create conversions, and reduce costs for each customer acquisition. You will help create competitive advantages based on a sound corporate marketing strategy for Gabby, Summer Classics, and any future brands to be established.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafts and oversees follow-through on the annual corporate marketing vision/traction organizer and marketing budget for the umbrella organization and its channels of distribution.
- Sets annual channel-specific strategies and goals for the company.
- Sets stretch goals with business units for market and key customer penetration and sales.
- Works closely with sales teams and channel managers to dictate how we should invest our marketing dollars to generate brand awareness and create tangible ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required; MBA Preferred.
- Minimum of ten years’ well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility – with a focus on marketing expansion as well as three to five years in a leadership role.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Superb analytical skills.
