MARIETTA, Ga. — Industry veteran Jim Goergen has been named CEO of Design Environments, an interior design firm that specializes in the interior architecture and merchandising of model homes, clubhouses and other commercial properties throughout the United States
He comes to the company from Martin Furniture, where he served as CEO for the past two years.
Before joining Martin, Goergen was chief operating officer at building materials manufacturer and distributor Evermark, and before that was chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Legends Furniture.
He also previously served as chief operating officer at Brighton Collectibles and before that was CEO of Architectural Millwork Design. For about five years before that he was chief operating officer at Powell Home Fashions.
