They report to David Crimmins, vice president, sales at Flexsteel.

“As we continue our pursuit of aggressive profitable growth, we are creating many new opportunities for our members to step into,” he told Home News Now. “These promotions are reflective of individuals delivering superior results.  In addition to role changes for Brett, Brad, Brian and Ben, which align with our long-term channel development strategies, we simultaneously elevated our regional sales leader positions to vice president level. This promotion better aligns with the strategic leadership that our sales leaders deliver. I’m very proud of the results that all four of our promoted VPs have delivered over the last 18 months in bringing in record top line sales, while simultaneously navigating disrupted global supply chains and managing profitability in a period of significant inflationary pressure.”
