Hooker Furnishings expands licensed Margaritaville collection

MARTINSVILLE, Va. — It started as a feeling—easy, sun-warmed, and unmistakably relaxed. What debuted as one of the most talked-about collections at Fall High Point Market has quickly grown into something more: an invitation to live differently. With the Margaritaville Licensed Collection, Hooker Furnishings captured more than attention and headlines; it captured a state of mind.

This Spring High Point Market, April 25–29, that feeling evolves. Inside the Hooker Furnishings showroom in Showplace on the third floor, the next chapter of the Margaritaville Licensed Collection unfolds with an expanded assortment of upholstery and case goods designed to bring the rhythm of escape into everyday life.

Rooted in comfort and effortless style, the new introductions deepen the collection with pieces that feel collected over time, inviting, relaxed, and thoughtfully crafted. Soft, sink-in seating. Natural textures. Sun-faded finishes. Each element is designed to blur the line between indoors and out, creating spaces that feel as easy as a long weekend with nowhere to be.

“The response to the Margaritaville Licensed Collection confirmed what we believed from the start, people are craving spaces that feel personal, relaxed, and transportive,” said Jeremy Hoff, CEO of Hooker Furnishings. “This next phase is about building on that feeling, expanding the collection in a way that allows for more expression, more layering, and more ways to bring that sense of escape home.”

The expanded assortment introduces new upholstery, both domestic and imported, alongside an evolving mix of case goods, dining, and bedroom pieces. Together, they create a more complete environment, one that moves effortlessly from casual mornings to laid-back evenings, always grounded in comfort and ease.

More than a collection, the Margaritaville Licensed Collection continues to unfold as a lifestyle, where the pace slows, the mood lifts, and home becomes a place you never quite want to leave.

On the casegoods side, the collection continues to evolve as a complete whole-home solution.  Additions include statement beds, dining tables, and storage pieces designed to anchor fully merchandised room settings.

Domestic upholstery continues to expand with four new sofa frames, seven new chair styles, and 35 new fabrics featuring brighter, island-inspired colors and patterns designed to help customers bring the Margaritaville lifestyle home.

Imported upholstery expands the brand’s lifestyle offering with multi-functional seating designed for ultimate relaxation, featuring power headrest, recline, and lumbar options across a range of silhouettes and cover choices suited to any getaway-inspired setting. New introductions include 3 new power-reclining collections, 1 new power-swivel reclining chair, 2 new sleeper sofa and sectional collections, 1 new mixed-materials reclining chair and accent chair, as well as 1 new statement cocktail ottoman.

Stepping beyond expectations, retailers have begun bringing the Margaritaville Licensed Collection to life in immersive ways, from dedicated shop-in-shop experiences to fully realized branded galleries designed to transport customers the moment they walk in. With initial locations opening in Q3 and additional destinations on the horizon into early 2027, the momentum continues to build. This next evolution of the collection is designed to deepen that experience, offering new layers of texture, comfort, and storytelling that invite customers to slow down, explore, and fully step into the Margaritaville state of mind.
