by PHOENIX, Ariz. – The Legends Home team laced up their sneakers and hit the pavement for a great cause a few weeks ago, participating in a companywide Cancer Walk to raise funds and awareness for the Cancer League of Colorado.
The event brought together employees from every department. After the walk, the team celebrated with a backyard-style barbecue.
“Supporting the Cancer League of Colorado was an easy choice,” said David Reitz, president of Legends Home. “It’s an incredible organization that our partners at American Furniture Warehouse have proudly worked with before, and we’re honored to continue that tradition by doing our part to give back.”
The Cancer League of Colorado is dedicated to raising funds for cancer research and patient services, entirely volunteer-run and deeply impactful within the community. Legends Home is proud to support their mission and encourages others to get involved, whether by donating, volunteering or organizing a walk of their own.
