Description: The Supply Chain Director will lead the end-to-end supply chain function—including procurement, inventory management, vendor relationships, freight/logistics, and cross-functional planning. The ideal candidate brings a manufacturing background (preferably in furniture or textiles), strong leadership, analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to drive efficiency, eliminate stock-outs, and optimize cost.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven experience in inventory management, MRP, and vendor negotiations.
- Deep understanding of freight/logistics, sourcing, and planning systems.
- Excellent Excel and system analysis skills; Power BI, Access, or SQL a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement process improvements (LEAN, Six Sigma a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA or APICS/CPIM certification a plus).
