Description: The Manager of Cyber Security serves as the expert on cybersecurity protection, detection, response and recovery. Will be responsible for planning, directing, and aligning technology and systems architecture projects to business goals and objectives which support the Information Security of Living Spaces and its business strategy.
This position will directly manage a team of 4-8 individuals performing the roles of programming and technical architecture design. They will develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders, as well as provide strategic advice so direct reports will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an senior networking or similar role.
- Understands how the applications support business processes and applies this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
- Must be proficient in all technical aspects of their team responsibilities.
- Possess extensive knowledge of programming languages, databases, scripting, queries, and web technology.
- Strong working knowledge of all IT Infrastructure technologies including (Cisco, Microsoft, HP, Infoblox, VMWare) and other related technologies.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
