Description: Spectra Home is looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales & Social Media Representative to help grow our business by connecting with furniture designers, retailers, and e-commerce platforms across the U.S. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at building relationships, following up with past clients, and identifying new opportunities for sales growth.
Responsibilities:
• Sales & business development:
• Reach out to furniture designers, retailers, and e-commerce sites to generate new business.
• Reconnect with past customers and strengthen existing relationships.
• Attend and work furniture markets in High Point NC to engage with clients and drive sales.
• Identify potential opportunities for in-person customer visits based on volume and potential.
Social Media & Digital Outreach:
• Grow business through Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook presence.
• Leverage social media to attract new business and engage with to the trade customers.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent follow-up skills.
• Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and digital outreach.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, Outlook (basic data organization and analysis).
• Experienced in social media marketing
• Driven to succeed and eager to make money.
Compensation & Benefits:
