HIGH POINT — Italian leather seating manufacturer Creation Italia has named industry veteran Lee Boone president of its North America division, focusing on the Digio brand.
He fills a position most recently held by Steve Lush, who left the company in May 2025 to form motion upholstery resource 16 West Home Furnishings.
Boone brings more than 35 years of industry experience to the role, having most recently served as CEO of HH2 Home and before that as president of Luxfort Home.

He also previously served as president and co-president of the former HMI division of Hooker Furnishings and was previously president of Samuel Lawrence Furniture, a division of HMI/Hooker Furnishings.
He also served in leadership roles as president and general manager at Legacy Classic Furniture, vice president, sales at Lea Industries and vice president, national accounts at Universal Furniture.
In his new position, the company said, Boone will have responsibility for all sales, marketing and distribution in the US, Canada, and Mexico markets. He reports to Mario Sforza, a member of the Sforza family that owns and runs the company.
