by TORONTO — Full line furniture resource Sunpan has named Youval Ronen as director of client relations, a moved the company said aims to reinforce its continued commitment to improving the customer experience.
An industry veteran with more than three decades of experience in the furniture space, Ronen brings a deep understanding of the industry and a broad operational background to the role. Throughout his career, he has worked across multiple facets of the business, from distribution and logistics to customer service, claims and sales, helping optimize systems and teams to support sustainable growth.
“As Sunpan continues to grow, investing in the client experience remains a key priority for our business,” said Sundeep Bagga, president and chief executive officer of Sunpan. “Youval brings an exceptional depth of industry knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit, and operational expertise to the team. His leadership will play an important role in enhancing how we support our clients while continuing to evolve the overall customer experience at Sunpan.”
In his new role, Ronen will work closely with the company’s customer service and claims teams while supporting broader cross-departmental collaboration across the company. He will lead a range of operational and technology-driven initiatives aimed at improving transparency, communication, and responsiveness across the customer journey, supporting Sunpan’s evolution as a customer-oriented global furniture brand.

Prior to joining Sunpan, Ronen was the co-founder and chief operating officer of Nuevo Living, where he helped scale the business from its early stages into an established industry brand.
