HIGH POINT — The International Home Furnishings Representatives Association has announced the theme, venue and honorees for its 30th annual Furniture Industry Awards Gala, scheduled for 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at the Nido and Mariana Qubein Arena and Conference Center on the campus of High Point University.
This year’s gala will feature the theme, “Celebrating Our Industry’s Leaders, Legends and Luminaries,” reflecting the accomplishments and impact of this year’s honorees across the home furnishings industry.

“As we finalized our list of honorees, it became very obvious that we had identified outstanding individuals who truly represent a mix of leaders, industry legends and luminaries,” said Ray Allegrezza, IHFRA director of content and events. “Each of them has made a meaningful and lasting impact on the industry.”
“What stands out about this year’s honorees — and what makes ‘Celebrating Our Industry’s Leaders, Legends and Luminaries’ such a fitting theme — is not just what they’ve accomplished, but the way they’ve gone about it,” said Steve Allegrezza, IHFRA executive director. “They’ve built businesses, yes — but they’ve also built trust, relationships and a legacy that others in the industry can follow.”
