Executive succeeds Mike Jolly, who has retired after serving in the role for six and a half years
HILDEBRAN, N.C. — Samson Holding has named industry veteran Eric Graham president of luxury case goods and upholstery manufacturer Baker Interiors Group, effective immediately.
He succeeds Mike Jolly, who has retired after six and a half years at the helm of the company as president, including three and a half years as president and chief executive officer.

Reporting to Samuel Kuo, chairman of Samson Holding, Graham has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He comes to the company from Surya, where he was vice president of key accounts.
Earlier in his career, he was a buyer and assistant manager at high-end furniture retailer Ladlow’s Home Furnishings. From there he joined Century Furniture, where he worked for 13 and a half years, starting as a sales representative on the contract side of the business before becoming product manager for upholstery division Century Elegance, and later senior manager, Century Leisure, Century Office and Century Entertainment. As senior director, he also managed the entire Century Case Goods division.
He also has held executive-level positions at other high-end furniture companies including president of Fine Furniture Design and president of Jonathan Charles Fine Furniture. More recently, he was senior vice president of Magnussen Home and CEO of upholstery manufacturer Our House Designs before joining Surya last April.
“Throughout his career, Eric has demonstrated a passion for blending timeless craftsmanship with innovative design, ensuring products resonate with discerning clients and uphold the highest standards of quality, Samson Holding said in a statement. “Eric’s profound understanding of the needs of high-end retailers and to-the-trade customers, coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit and industry expertise, positions him uniquely to lead Baker Interiors Group into its next chapter of growth and innovation.”
“We are truly excited to welcome Eric to the Samson family,” Kuo said. “His entrepreneurial spirit, deep knowledge of high-end furniture and keen understanding of product development and market dynamics will undoubtedly drive positive impact at Baker Interiors Group. We look forward to the continued success and innovation Eric will bring to the role.”
Graham said he is pleased to begin this next chapter in his furniture industry career.
“Having spent over three decades in the high-end furniture sector, I have always admired Baker for its leadership in style, commitment to superb quality and customer-centric approach,” he said. “I am honored to join such a seasoned and dynamic team and am excited to lead Baker Interiors Group toward further growth and success.”
