Conn’s names Timothy Santo chief accounting officer

THE WOODLANDS, Texas — Conn’s Inc. has named Timothy Santo as its chief accounting officer. The appointment was effective April 24.

In this position, Santo will be responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting functions. He reports to George Bchara, executive vice president and chief financial officer.

For the past five years, Santo was senior vice president and global controller of PRA Group. Before that he was a senior manager at Grant Thornton LLP.

Before joining Grant Thornton, he served in various accounting roles at General Electric and GE Capital. He also previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
