Klaussner hires Jeff Horn as executive VP, chief revenue officer

ASHEBORO, N.C. — Whole home furniture resource Klaussner Home Furnishings has hired industry veteran Jeff Horn as executive vice president and chief revenue officer.

Jeff Horn

He joins the company from Ashley Furniture, where he had been senior vice president of sales for the stationary upholstery division for the past five years. Before that, he was vice president of sales for about three and a half years and a marketing specialist at Ashley for about 14 and a half years.

In his new position, he reports to David Cybulski, chief executive officer.

“I’m excited to have Jeff as part of the Klaussner team,” Cybulski said. “Jeff’s experience and knowledge in the sales management space and his experience leading and developing sales teams will be an incredible asset to Klaussner. We are on a path of innovation and growth, and bringing on Jeff is a natural next step in our evolution.”

Horn said he was pleased to be joining the Klaussner executive team.

“The operational changes we are undergoing will create a right to win for Klaussner and our retail partners,” said Horn. “The entire leadership team is in ‘growth mode’ and preparing the company for the future. My role is to incorporate a cohesive plan and sets of goals for our sales and management teams and create an infrastructure for success.”

He added that he also looks forward to seeing the “vision the merchandising team is bringing to this April market and beyond.”

“Our case goods VP of merchandising, Ben Radoll, will showcase two exciting Trisha Yearwood collections: Staycation and Today’s Traditions,” he said, adding, “Amy Archer, our VP of upholstery merchandising, will feature ‘laid-back luxury’ with her new Artisan & New Classics intros.”
