Description: The Manager of Consumer Insights will play a strategic role in delivering consumer and marketplace insights. The person in this position will serve as a key business partner across multiple cross-functional teams to help diagnose business opportunities and challenges to drive business growth.
To succeed in this position, you need to have a strong drive to own the business and be a self-starter and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You also need to have a proven track record of leadership, strategic thought leadership and the ability to drive action with insights. You will also need to be passionate about learning, objective about the data and open to collaboration and healthy debate.
Qualifications:
- B.Ss/B.A. (required) Marketing, Business or related field
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in consumer/customer insights expected
- Experience with stakeholder engagement research with the ability to design, execute and interpret market research engagements, experience with both primary and secondary research techniques
