IRVING, Texas — Corsicana Mattress Co. has realigned its sales leadership team as part of a strategy to “better support its growth objectives.”
As part of the transition, it has added new senior-level talent to the company and has created new and expanded roles for five other executives.

In his new position, Juoni reports to Eric Rhea, chief executive officer of Corsicana.
“Mike’s industry experience, ranging from the delivery truck and retail sales to operations and sales team leadership, helps make him uniquely suited to help drive the refreshed vision for Corsicana,” Rhea said.
“There’s a lot of cool, start-up energy at Corsicana now, coupled with the benefit of 50 years of legacy brands, efficient operational history and a national footprint,” Juoni said of why he was drawn to the company and the newly created position. “I love the entrepreneurial spirit that infuses the organization and that management is nimble enough to react very quickly to effectively support our retail partners. Corsicana has a wonderful legacy of top-notch service and great quality products at tremendous values. I’m excited about the opportunity to rekindle and support that legacy while building something that in a lot of ways is entirely new.”

She then became a regional sales manager at Restonic and most recently was senior director of sales at foam manufacturer FXI, where she focused on both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar distribution channels.
