Description: Four Hands is seeking a Director of CRM Strategy lead the acquisition and retention of our customer base and drive the segmentation strategy for our marketing programs to support customers across their lifecycle. This leader will partner with stakeholders across the sales and marketing organization to define and deliver a seamless experience that deepens our overall customer engagement.

In this role, they will define and own the company’s CRM segmentation marketing strategy to deliver a seamless customer experience that maximizes our customer’s lifetime value and profitability, and programs designed to support all stages of the marketing funnel, including awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention. They will also build a best-in-class cross-channel lifecycle marketing engine that capitalizes on our investment in the Salesforce CRM and enables personalized and targeted cross-channel communications to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time


  • Minimum of 15 years of experience building, measuring and optimizing marketing lifecycle programs and lead/demand generation campaigns
  • Familiarity and experience with the mechanics and tools of building effective marketing lifecycle and demand generation campaigns
  • Proven leader in CRM and customer engagement strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work with all levels of senior management; excellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
