ASHEBORO, N.C. – Whole home resource Klaussner Home Furnishings, has named Chief Financial Officer David Cybulski President and Chief Executive Officer.
Cybulski has served as CFO since 2019 and has served as interim CEO since former president and CEO Terry McNew announced his retirement to Klaussner employees earlier this past May. McNew officially retired in early July.
Before joining Klaussner, Cybulski was chief financial officer of Lenze Americas Corp. for about 10 years and before that was vice president finance and a global controller at Kaz USA Inc.
Before joining Kaz USA, he was vice president, US controller of EMD Serono and senior vice president, finance of Grand Circle Corp.
He started his career in 1987 as vice president, corporate controller of Future Electronics, where he worked for 14 years.
At Klaussner he has been credited with strengthening the company’s financial performance and working closely with operations to increase throughput and improving quality. He also helped the company navigate the challenges of the pandemic, including supply chain disruptions.
